4.12.0 Languages Dutch and English US

Pascal now supports multiple languages, if your native language is not English but Dutch, or you rather use Pascal in English US format, then this is now possible as Dutch and English US have been added to the interface languages of Pascal.

The interface language of Pascal can be changed by going to Settings, then in the Languages card, a new interface language can be chosen. This is a personal setting, so it will only be applied on the user's own account.
