Why can't I login to Pascal

If you have trouble login into Pascal, please ensure you have the correct email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address that is linked to your account.

If the provided email exists within Pascal, you will receive a password reset link at your email address within a few minutes. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

If you do not receive a password reset email, please check you spam folder.

If the email is not in the spam folder, it appears there is no (active) account linked to the email address that was provided. Please contact an organisation owner or admin to verify the status of your account. If needed, they can reactivate your account.
