How to upgrade your organisation to paid

The Billing and Products page is only accessible to users with the role owner or billing manager.
For environments originating from the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, upgrading your plan is possible from the Microsoft Azure SaaS subscription page.

In the Billing and Products section of the Settings in Pascal, some information about your free account can be found. The Current usage card shows how many cases are still left to be created in the current month and the Reset case usage shows the date when the cases that can be created will be renewed to 5.

On the left, there is an option to upgrade your Pascal account with the button Upgrade now. This enables you to create more cases than only 5 per month and gives you access to Pascal's automatic monitoring feature. It also enables you to choose which datasets you would like to use in Pascal, where a broader range of datasets is available than in a free environment.

How to upgrade

Upgrading your organisation to a paid version has many benefits such as monitoring, adding more datasets that fill your KYC process, and most importantly creating unlimited number of cases. Before these features become available your organisation needs to be upgraded to a paid version.

You can start the upgrade procedure in the Billing and Products section of your Settings. All the settings that are saved in the upgrading process will be available next time you come back, but will not be enabled until your organisation is converted.

  1. Select the Upgrade now button.
  2. Choose your desired Monitoring frequency and Datasets.
  3. Press the Next button.
  4. Add the billing details information in the new fields presented. These will be found on your invoice.
  5. Select the Next button.
  6. Add your preferred Payment method by selecting the Add button for the presented method of your choice.
  7. Press Upgrade to confirm the process and select the Confirm button in the next popup. Now your account is converted to the paid version of Pascal.
