4.10 Implicit feedback
A new service is added which enables Pascal to adapt its confidence score based on resolved entities in a case. When this beta feature is turned on, some additional options and a filter are visible in the resolving panel.
In the dropdown, different options can be chosen as to how you would like the implicit feedback to be visualised. The slider left of the visualisation options concerns the ordering of the entities found. While the slider is set to the left, the cases will be ordered with the highest original confidence score first by default. With the slider set to the right, the cases will be ordered with the highest adapted confidence score first.
The implicit feedback feature can be turned on and off in the services settings. While turning on the feature will add the implicit feedback option to all existing cases in the organisation, turning off the feature will remove implicit feedback from new cases.
