4.12.0 Implicit feedback

The implicit feedback feature has been taken out of preview and is added as a full feature to Pascal. This feature enables Pascal to learn from the user's behaviour. This means that every hit that is resolved within a case, teaches something to Pascal about the specific person or company that you are looking for. With the new learned information, Pascal will adjust the confidence level of the remaining hits or new hits found in the future. This creates more clarity for the user to understand if a hit is a true positive or a false positive. The original confidence will remain within the bar, while the adjusted confidence will be indicated with markers on the confidence bar. Implicit feedback will only adjust the confidence of hits found by a maximum of 20 points. Additionally, implicit feedback will only be applied within a case.

The implicit feedback feature can be turned on and off in the services settings. While turning on the feature will add the implicit feedback option to all existing cases in the organisation, turning off the feature will remove implicit feedback from new cases.
