5.0 Excluded terms

Excluded terms on the case overview page, can help you monitor a case more efficiently by remembering names you have already excluded in your case. As can be seen in the below example, names are suggested which have already been excluded in the case John Doe multiple times. Names that match exact in the given name of the case, can never be suggested to add to the excluded terms.
