4.12.0 Mass editing cases

When bulk editing cases, there is now an option to select all cases present with the current filters. This way all cases can be assigned, deleted or restored at once. While mass editing cases, you cannot check or uncheck specific cases, only the mass editing of all cases is possible. If you wish to mass edit a more selective set of cases, the filters can be used to narrow the search down.
